Nicole Carlson
Nicole Carlson is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising where she earned her associate's degree in product and merchandise development.
A former assistant denim designer at Guess, Ms. Carlson just completed her first year of teaching advanced fashion at SWCTA, where she teaches pattern making, product line development and fashion show production.

Her hobbies include traveling and listening to country music. She loves everything denim and plans to start her own denim brand someday.

Breana Schuler
Shannon Sheldon
Known for her classroom fashion challenges and energetic teaching style, she specializes in helping beginners learn to machine sew.
Ms. Sheldon has been teaching high school fashion design in CCSD since 2001. She holds a master's in education from UNLV and a bachelor's in fashion from the University of Central Missouri.

She loves dystopian fiction, thrift shopping, swing dancing and anything DIY. Her favorite color is red and she will never turn down cake and ice cream.
Breana Schuler recently left her position as Head of Wardrobe at David Saxe Productions (Vegas! The Show, Zombie Burlesque) to become the fashion instructor and cheer coach at Sunrise Mountain High School.

A 10-1 survivor and Disney-loving mom to an elementary aged daughter, Ms. Schuler specializes in crafts, costume design, wardrobe styling/dressing and clothing construction.
​
She loves party planning and never misses an opportunity to sport her Mickey ears.
